Looplet™ is designed to help growing HVAC shops keep important customer emails, quotes, service requests, replies, follow-ups, and related inbox activity visible before they get buried in the day.

This Privacy Policy explains how Duzzi Technologies Inc. collects, uses, processes, protects, and retains information in connection with Looplet™ and related services.

By activating, accessing, or using Looplet™, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

2. Company & Product Relationship

Looplet™ is a product of Duzzi Technologies Inc.

References to “Looplet™,” “the system,” “we,” “us,” or “our” may refer to Looplet™ and/or Duzzi Technologies Inc., as applicable.

Payments, billing, account administration, service operations, support, and related service delivery may be processed or managed by Duzzi Technologies Inc.

3. Information We Collect

We collect and process information only as required to deliver, maintain, monitor, secure, and improve Looplet™.

Information we may collect includes business contact information, customer communication data connected to approved inbox activity, revenue-inbox activity connected to quotes, service requests, customer replies, follow-ups, open threads, system interaction data, billing and payment-related information, and technical data required to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and maintain Looplet™.

4. How Your Information Is Used

Information is used to operate and maintain Looplet™.

This may include monitoring approved inbox activity for customer emails, quote activity, service requests, replies, follow-ups, and related revenue-inbox signals; keeping important customer emails and threads visible before they get buried; supporting onboarding, configuration, reporting, troubleshooting, and service reliability; improving system accuracy, reliability, and service quality; and maintaining account administration, billing, support, compliance, and service records.

Data collection is limited to what is required for service delivery, support, security, reliability, and business administration.

5. Communications

By interacting with Looplet™, activating the service, or providing contact information, you may receive operational communications related to the service.

These may include onboarding messages, account activity messages, service notifications, inbox-monitoring related updates, billing or account-related communications, and support-related communications.

Message frequency may vary.

You may opt out of non-essential communications where applicable. Certain operational, billing, legal, security, or service-critical communications may still be required to provide the service.

6. Data Handling & Service Providers

Looplet™ uses established third-party service providers for hosting, payments, communications, database services, monitoring, authentication, and related system operations.

Data is processed only as required to operate, maintain, secure, monitor, support, and improve Looplet™.

Duzzi Technologies Inc. does not sell or rent client information.

Duzzi Technologies Inc. selects service providers based on reliability, security posture, operational fit, and suitability for the Looplet™ service.

7. Data Sharing

Information may be processed by trusted service providers strictly for service-related purposes.

These purposes may include communication delivery, system operation and hosting, payment processing and billing, database and service operations, monitoring, diagnostics, reliability, authentication, security, and operational support.

Duzzi Technologies Inc. does not sell or rent your information.

Information may also be disclosed if required by law, regulation, legal process, payment processor requirements, security needs, fraud prevention, or to protect the rights, safety, or operation of Duzzi Technologies Inc., Looplet™, clients, or users.

Duzzi Technologies Inc. takes security seriously and uses administrative, technical, and operational safeguards designed to protect system integrity, client data, and service availability.

No method of electronic transmission, storage, hosting, or processing is completely secure.

Duzzi Technologies Inc. does not guarantee that unauthorized access, service interruption, data loss, or security incidents will never occur.

Clients are responsible for maintaining secure access to their own systems, accounts, inboxes, credentials, devices, and internal users.

9. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for maintaining the security and accuracy of their own systems and information.

This includes maintaining secure access to email accounts, communication channels, payment accounts, CRM systems, and related platforms; providing accurate business, contact, and system information; managing internal users and permissions; and notifying Duzzi Technologies Inc. of suspected unauthorized access, account compromise, or material changes affecting service operation.

Failure to maintain secure access or accurate information may affect system performance, security, and service delivery.

10. Data Retention

Information is retained only as long as necessary to operate Looplet™, provide services, maintain business records, support service reliability, comply with legal or operational requirements, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect system integrity.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information, service requirements, legal obligations, payment records, operational records, and system needs.

When information is no longer required, it may be deleted, anonymized, archived, or retained in accordance with operational, legal, or compliance requirements.

11. Your Control

You may request a copy of your information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion of your information where applicable, or updates to communication preferences.

Certain information may need to be retained for legal, billing, security, operational, dispute-resolution, or compliance purposes.

Duzzi Technologies Inc. is not responsible for the privacy, security, or operational practices of third-party platforms outside its control.

If Duzzi Technologies Inc. is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, asset sale, or similar business transaction, information related to Looplet™ may be transferred or reviewed as part of that transaction.
